Stability Ball Express

This exciting new class RTP Fitness is offering is a drop-in circuit style express workout focusing on using the stability ball. The express is led by our new Director of Personal Training, Alan Wiest.
The class consists of 25 exercises designed to give you a full body functional workout.- Core strength
- Muscular Strength and Endurance
- Balance
- Coordination
- Flexibility
The class starts September 5th and runs every Monday and Wednesday evening from 4:45 pm to 5:45 pm. This workout takes around 30 minutes to finish. Members can drop-in at any time up until 5:15 pm to assure completion. Limited spots available.
